Acceptance of Orders

E.J.Direct will deliver all items in stock within 5 working days as soon as payment has been received. Any items out of stock will normally be delivered within 7 to 14 working days. We will let you know by e-mail once your order has been despatched.

Please check your goods upon receipt. If you receive them damaged or they are faulty you must let us know within 2 days and obtain a returns number. Damaged goods must be posted back to us by recorded delivery. This postage costs are non- refundable. If you do not inform us within 2 days that the items are damaged we will have no further liability.

All our products are displayed and described as accurately as possible, however colours and images will vary slightly depending on your monitor and browser. We have tried to show as many measurements as possible in the product descriptions but please bear in mind these are approximate.

If for circumstances beyond our control the ordered goods cannot be supplied, E.J.Direct reserve the right to supply an alternative product or cancel any order. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, E.J.Direct reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
