What credit or debit cards do E.J.Direct accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, Electron and Solo debit cards through Paypal or you can place orders by Telephone, Fax or E-Mail & pay by Credit/Debit card.
Will my card details be safe?
We use Paypal for the latest secure socket layer (SSL) technology for Internet eCommerce security. Paypal encrypts your card information from being viewed by outside parties and is completely secure.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes! Please telephone or e-mail your order and address details will be given, making cheques payable to 'E.J.Direct'. Your order will be processed once the cheque has cleared, which will normally mean a delay of 3 to 4 working days. Please remember to include postage costs as stated when order has been confirmed.
Can my order be sent to an alternative address?
Yes! We will deliver to an alternative address providing the order value is less than £100. Please note any order above £100 will only be delivered to your home address.
